About TI Reporter™

TI Reporter™ software is the fastest and easiest way to create infrared inspection reports. It provides a unique approach to the challenge of efficiently managing your infrared inspection program data. TI Reporter™ is a stand-alone software solution that does not require the user to have additional applications to operate. Because it is a stand-alone program, it is not susceptible to the types of crashes associated with cross-linked software systems.

Designed by thermographers for thermographers, TI Reporter™ software integrates easy-to-use report generation tools with a powerful database. TI Reporter™ software is the only infrared inspection software that automatically generates standards-compliant reports using any infrared camera.

Meet the Team

Mary Molle, Operations Manager

Mary is a Level III Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer^®. Receiving her initial certification in 1985, Mary has extensive experience in managing an infrared consulting firm and designing infrared inspections for industrial facilities. In addition to customer support, Mary coordinates program enhancements and provides advanced technical support.

Jim Seffrin, Team Leader

Jim is an Infraspection Institute Master Thermographer™ with over 35 years experience as a professional infrared consultant. Jim has written numerous articles, co-written existing standards, and frequently works as an expert witness on projects involving thermography. Jim is the Director of Infraspection Institute and a principal author of TI Reporter™ software.

Gabriel Ungureanu, Engineering Lead

Highly experienced in the design and maintenance of Web and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, Gabriel is our senior technology manager and engineering team leader. Gabriel provides programming support and coordinates the efforts of our engineering team. Gabriel oversees the smooth operation of all hardware and infrastructure in support of TI Reporter™ software.

Beth Massaro Seffrin, Q/A Manager

A Level III Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer^®, Beth has over 20 years experience in the field of commercial and industrial thermography. Drawing upon her extensive experience in managing a professional infrared inspection business, Beth provides customer support and coordinates quality assurance operations.

Patty Stricker, Account Manager

An Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer^®, Patty has been involved with thermography since 2005. Drawing upon her extensive marketing experience, Patty provides customer support and helps to match new users with solutions to meet their particular needs.

Ron Herman, Technology Advisor

Ron is an engineering management and technology advisor with 20 years experience in developing and leading Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. He has also been involved with thermography for over 20 years. Ron works closely with TI Reporter™ leadership and engineering in aspects of technology direction, design, and marketing of TI Reporter™ software.
